We want to ensure that you get your artwork on time, so we've put together some information about Pear & Ella's processing, shipping, and delivery times.
Once you place your order, it goes through the following steps:
- We receive your order and confirm it.
- We print, hand cut, and hand craft your order.
- We package your order.
- We ship your order.
Processing time varies by product type. Expected processing times will be updated frequently here:

2020 Holiday Shipping Guidelines
For delivery by Christmas, we offer these order date guidelines. We highly recommend expedited shipping to ensure best-expected transit times. Due to COVID-19, there can be unexpected delays in both production and shipping.
These guidelines are not guarantees and we highly recommend you place your order as soon as possible to avoid any holiday disappointments! Ordering early allows some extra time for any possible minor delays that can occur, such as shipping related delays or errors.

Orders shipping to Canada or other International destinations served by FedEx, UPS or the postal service will need to be placed earlier to allow for additional shipping time.
Keep in mind that adding expedited shipping does not speed up the in-lab processing time your order takes to get produced, nor does it guarantee your order will ship the same day. Expedited shipping only expedites the shipping method once the order is complete.
Shipping and Delivery Times
All orders are sent via ground shipping with tracking. On average, once shipped, orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.
As a result of COVID-19 and higher volumes, shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays that impact package tracking information and extend delivery times. We ask for your patience and allow 7 days for your tracking information to update once you are notified of shipment.
All orders $50.00 or more ship free via ground shipping with tracking.
Loose print orders less than $50.00 ship for $5.00 via ground shipping with tracking.
We are excited to be able to offer 3 business days and 1 business day shipping options for our customers. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days. If you need Saturday delivery, please email us at email@example.com before placing your order.
Expedited shipping can be added to orders to help them arrive to you sooner, but remember that adding expedited shipping does not speed up the in-lab processing time your order takes to get produced, nor does it guarantee your order will ship the same day. Expedited shipping only expedites the shipping method once the order is complete.

We don't offer international shipping as a check out option at this time. We are working towards launching international shipping options in 2021!

Can I Change My Shipping Information?
If you find you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible, using the contact form or email us at email@example.com. If your order has already entered processing, we will be unable to edit the address for you.
Other Things to Note
- A single order cannot be split into multiple delivery locations.
- Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single order, even if going to the same address, and will ship separately.
